Guest Alan Toe Report post Posted 03/13/2005 04:57 PM Hi, i am interested in integrating your software into my company. my employees use two mobile phone networks, which cannot contact one another. this is true unless the call is transfered via the office phone. thus, an automatic call-router should do the trick. 1) can your software answer my needs? 2) after transfering a call, does the modem stay unavailable, or does it become available immediatly after transfering? this is very important for multiple callers. 3) how much time does the whole procedure last, from calling the 'router', through pushing the dials of the destination phone, and until a successful contact is achieved? i appreciate your efforts, Alan. If your phone company or PBX supports hookflash transfers then the VoiceGudieline becomes available immediately after the transfer. If your phone company or PBX dors NOT support hookflash transfers then you'll need to use the "Dial and Conference" option - then each call will take up 2 lines (in & out) for the entire length of the call. 3. Less then a second. Share this post Link to post
